About Amber

I graduated from Durham University with a degree in History in the summer of 2022. After graduation, I travelled around South-East Asia.

I briefly worked in a marketing role before joining Aretian Wealth Management in June 2024 as part of the Client Services team. I am excited to begin my apprenticeship to become a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser and look forward to the challenges and opportunities it will bring.

Enjoying going out for food with friends, watching Formula 1, taking walks, practicing Pilates and spending quality time with my family.

Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without?

Some sort of caffeine… either a coffee or a diet coke.

What makes you laugh?

My friends and family.

If you had to take part in Karaoke, what would be your song of choice?

I would sing a very out of tune rendition of Valerie by Amy Winehouse.

Which celebrity would you most like to meet up for a coffee / glass of wine and why?

I would like to go for a coffee with Lewis Hamilton and ask how he overcame being robbed of the 2021 championship.

What’s on your bucket list?

Skiing in Japan.

What three items would you take with you to a desert island?

A hammock, lip balm and a water purifier.

What’s your proudest accomplishment?

Achieving 80% in my dissertation.

Have you ever met anyone famous? – story please!

I once saw Ant from Ant and Dec when I was out for dinner for my 21st birthday!

What is the best gift you’ve ever been given?

A ring that my grandma used to wear, which she gave me for my 18th birthday.
