I was recommended Josh by a colleague and I reached out to him for financial advice. I was met by a friendly professional, who was willing to listen and ask the right questions. After hearing my situation, Josh advised that the services he provides wouldn't be suitable for what I needed. He could've encouraged me to continue with the sign-up, but he acted with good faith and honesty by understanding the needs of the person in front of him. However, he didn't just stop there - even though I wasn't suitable for his program, he still took the time to set out some simple goals and objectives that I could work towards to get my financial security underway. He still spoke with me for the whole call, and took the time to guide me to a starting point. I've had an excellent experience with Josh, and I would return in the future when my needs are aligned with the support being provided.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I turned 40, with no pension and no significant savings. Reasonably assessed, I was at the midpoint in my life. It was time to act.
How has Paul Harsum helped you?
Paul has looked after all personal finance matters for me. Whenever I had a financial query, no matter the nature, he was willing to assist — even down to form-filling and general financial admin. Particularly helpfully, he was willing to engage directly with my accountants — prior to my move to France — sending to them whatever they required.

Certainly.

Cannot think of anything to suggest. Paul and his team were always very responsive; and patient with my lack of responsiveness sometimes.
